Beta Terms of Use

Adult-operated accounts

LineupSnap accounts are intended for adult coaches and other adult team organizers. Children should not create accounts or use LineupSnap on their own. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure.

Coach and player data

Enter team and player information only when you are authorized to use it for coaching and team operations. Keep the information limited to what LineupSnap needs for rosters, attendance, lineups, practices, and related team workflows.

Do not enter health or medical information, dates of birth, parent or guardian contact details, or other sensitive information that is not needed for those workflows. You remain responsible for deciding what information to add, share, export, or remove.

Acceptable use

Use LineupSnap lawfully and for legitimate coaching or team-management work. Do not misuse another person's account, attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, upload malicious content, or use it to harm, harass, or exploit another person.

Coach Ted access and monthly allowances are personal to the signed-in coach. Do not automate requests, share accounts or codes, create extra accounts to evade limits, or otherwise attempt to defeat an allowance or service safeguard.

Free service and Coach Pro

LineupSnap's deterministic coaching tools are Free, including unlimited teams, seasons, and history; rosters and schedules; lineup and fairness tools; practices; and exports. Every coach account may also receive a limited monthly Coach Ted preview. Coach Pro provides extended monthly Coach Ted usage across every team that coach owns or assists with.

Coach Pro belongs to an individual coach account. Assistant coaches do not inherit another coach's plan or allowance through team membership. Usage varies with conversation length and complexity, resets monthly, and may be temporarily limited or paused to protect the service. Coach Pro is not a promise of literally unlimited use.

Founding Coach access

A Founding Coach code may be redeemed once by one coach account. It grants effective Coach Pro access without collecting a payment method, creating a charge, starting a recurring subscription, or automatically converting to paid service.

Founding Coach access remains active through December 31, 2026 Pacific time and ends at 12:00 a.m. Pacific on January 1, 2027. The account then returns to Free. Teams, practices, lineups, history, and exports remain unchanged.

Beta service

LineupSnap is in beta. Features may change, be incomplete, produce errors, or be temporarily unavailable. Keep your own game-day fallback and copies of any information you cannot afford to lose. Feedback about failures and confusing behavior helps improve the service.

Coaching and Coach Ted responsibility

Generated lineups, fairness indicators, practice plans, and Coach Ted responses are decision-support tools. They may be incomplete or wrong. The adult coach must review every result and remains responsible for player safety, league rules, team communication, and final coaching decisions.

When you use an AI-assisted feature, LineupSnap may send your message and relevant team, player, season, lineup, practice, or file context to a configured AI processor. Do not submit health information, contact details, dates of birth, or other sensitive information that is not needed for the coaching request.

LineupSnap may store conversations and permit limited review by authorized people for safety, support, evaluation, and product-quality improvement. LineupSnap does not currently use Coach Ted conversations to train or fine-tune a model. Any future training program would require a separate decision and updated disclosure and controls.

General and lineup Coach Ted conversations are private to their author under the product's access controls. Practice-planning conversations may be visible to other authorized members of that team.

Our Privacy notice explains the information used to operate LineupSnap, including AI-assisted features and optional advertising measurement. These beta terms and the service may change as the product develops. The date above identifies the version currently published here.
